PharmaSignals is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.

Information we process
We use a unique user ID to save your preferences, watchlists, portfolio selections, notification settings, and subscription status.

Depending on the features you use, we may also process:
* Your email address and basic account information when you sign in with Apple or Google.
* A device token when you enable push notifications.
* Subscription information required to provide premium features.
* Technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
* We do not sell your personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or collect medical records.

Why we process this information

We only use this information to:
* Provide and secure your account.
* Save your settings and selected content.
* Send notifications you have enabled.
* Manage subscriptions and premium access.
* Maintain and improve the service.
* Comply with legal obligations.

Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate PharmaSignals, including Supabase, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and Apple Push Notification Service. These providers may process limited information as needed to provide their services.

Data retention and deletion
We retain account-related information for as long as your account is active.
You can delete your account and associated information from within the app by selecting:
Settings → Delete account
Some information may be retained temporarily in backups or where required by law.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information.
To exercise these rights, contact us (see link on top of this page).
You may also submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Access to account information is restricted and data is transmitted using secure connections.

Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
